Concerning SPAM Response to April Newsletter Article

Editor's Note:    In an email to me, referring to the article on pages 2 and 3 of the April 2004 TOGGLE, Carl said the following:    Now that I have been using MSN Version 9 for some time, I hardly ever use Outlook Express anymore. I view my email in MSN. It opens	and displays not only my MSN account, but my two Hotmail accounts as well. Every email is prescanned for viruses including attachments. They are also doing a pretty good job of blocking SPAM. I am now receiving very little SPAM compared to when I was using Outlook Express. However, I have taken Ray's and your recommendation to shut off (close) the preview pane in Outlook Express.
