Ubuntu Linux
   The theme of this month's presentation is Linux on Live (bootable, hence self-loading) CDs, specifically Ubuntu Linux. Carl Tenning and Bob Thomson will present and demonstrate its features including logging on to the Internet. Look in the Operating System section for a brief blurb on the subject. then come to the January meeting to see it in action and get your own copy of the bootable CD.
