UPDATE
TOGGLE Featured on Local Access TV
All during the month of February 2004 the Tacoma Open Group for Microcomputers will be featured in a 15 minute spot on Comcast Local Access/Public Service Channel 76 in the Tacoma Area. The show was taped on January 21st and features TOG President Ray Mills, newsletter Editor Bob Thomson and past Secretary/Treasurer Bob Henkel discussing the features and advantages of joining a computer user group with the program host Tom Jones. Tom doesn't use our "official" name Tacoma Open Group for Microcomputers but instead calls us Toggle.org (ugh) but what the heck--it's free publicity and we may even pick up a few members. The 15 minute "spot" will air about 30 times during the month of February. Look for it. We will also receive a tape of the program and may put it on the website and show it at one of our meetings.
